Hallo,
das schöne am RP ist ja sich frei zu entfalten.
Jedem ist es selbst überlassen sein Rolle und sein Job auszuspielen.
Es muss ja nicht immer alles Systemseitig definiert werden wenn der Schlüssel bei jedem einzelnen Spieler selbst liegt.
Mach das doch einfach was du Vorgeschlagen hast. Ein System ist dafür nicht nötig.
